The homeowners provided these useful arrival and provisioning notes for the immediate area around 21 Quarry Lane:
- Local market: approximately 0.5 mile from the house. A good nearby option for groceries, premade sandwiches, made-to-go sandwiches and bagged ice.
- Shaw's: especially convenient when leaving the house and heading toward the highway.
- Dunkin': located in the same strip-mall area as Shaw's — useful for quick coffee/breakfast on the way to Portland.
- Mast Landing Brewery: also located in the same strip-mall area.
- Fuel: there is a gas station immediately on the right after taking the Desert Road exit and heading toward the house.
