Volunteer Communication
The Communication tool of the Volunteer Platform is simple but enables effective communication to all Volunteers, Task Coordinators, Category Coordinators, specific Tasks, or Custom recipients.
Volunteer Emails can be sent via your Race Dashboard by selecting Volunteers > Communication
Recipients can be selected along the following parameters:

Task
-
Timeslot
-
Task Coordinator
-
Category Coordinator
-
Custom recipient
To further customize your emails, you can include Special Tags. These tags will be automatically replaced for each recipient. You must match the tag exactly, including using uppercase.To use, simply include the tag in the email text:
